Oslo, Norway, May 2022: «What if we could take our weekend gatherings and expand into a 5-day long event? People are already traveling across the world to train together, right. Imagine if we could have multiple training spots, outdoors and indoors setups, host more people, AND even have live music?»

What started as an idea the spring of 2022 eventually turned into reality and became our first Oslo Movement Festival Gathering in June 2023. Over 350 participants from 35+ countries shared five days together in Brumunddal, a small town north of Oslo, with just above 11.000 local residents.

Thanks to great collaboration with the local municipality (Ringsaker Kommune), our fantastic co-hosts/partners at Fønix Brumunddal (Ståle & Irene), a crew of dedicated volunteers, and the positive feedback and hype from athletes and participants, we were ready for another round.

OMFG2024 housed over 500 participants from all over the world and took the event to new levels. For this year, in 2025, we are more prepared then ever, to say the least. It has been an exciting learning experience, having to deal with multiple new aspects of running an event, and what has become the world’s biggest Parkour and Tricking festival. We are forever grateful to our community and all the people, partners and sponsors making this possible <3

This year, June 11-15th we welcome you back to Brumunddal for our third and by far biggest event so far: OMFG2025. We still have multiple tall (?) and exciting announcements, making this years festival fly higher then ever. We hope to see you there!
